Hi everyone,

The end of the year is quickly approaching – I can’t believe that tomorrow is November 1st already!

As some of you know, updating the current HOA bylaws was discussed on last years annual meeting. For example, restricting short term rentals (airbnb, vrbo for example) was brought up along with some other suggestions.

Have a suggestion or revision to our bylaws / CCRS you would like to see? please email in by December 1st:

Suggestions will be put to a vote in our annual mailing along with the annual dues invoice.

Changes to our rules require a 2/3 majority. It’s important that everyone has a voice in what they would like to see changed, or if they don’t want to change anything at all. We hope to also put to a vote some expenditures- for example, upgrading our landscaping at the entrance and also at the Crofton / Oakenshaw intersection.

Lastly, the 2 year term of Eric our Treasurer is coming to an end. If anyone would like to volunteer their time to the HOA as a board member please let us know. Volunteers will be put to a vote along with the items above in the annual mailing. We do currently have one volunteer with a background in finance.
